Family Liaison Officer – Managing Families During a Crisis Event Program [ILM, SHRM, and HRCI Certified] -Spanish
For the majority of crisis events people are involved, and this places staff and family liaison at the heart of managing a crisis event. During a crisis organizations should consider the need to put ‘family first’, while concurrently looking to the interests of their organization. A failure to understand how to protect the interests of staff, their families, but also critically the wider interests of the organization can make a significant difference from both the practical and perceived management of a crisis event. This course provides 4hrs of learning within 5 mandatory courses culminating in an ILM award, and up to 10hrs of learning [with individual certifications] in 11 elective courses. RSM is the only organization permitted to provide internationally certified Institute of Leadership Management [ILM] online certifications for family liaison management, with an accompanying 14 HRCI and SHRM credits. The program can be taken at the participant’s pace, is provided in various languages, and it provides scope for participants to choose their own learning journey. Organizations can also design build their program, self-selecting elective modules from over 300 online training courses. Business PHR Credits (Functional Area 1): This course supports Human Resource professionals in meeting the needs of business management and strategy, developing a knowledge of their role within enterprise risk management; ensuring that policies contribute to protecting the organization from potential risks. This training also protects the organization from loss and liability, develops leadership concepts and applications, and supports risk management techniques.
