BC040_English: Roles and Responsibilities - The Trip Team Leader
Often small, medium and event large groups will not have a security expert accompanying them, nor will events. As such, nominating a defined Team Leader within a group or event is important in terms of understanding and owning risk, managing vulnerabilities, identifying emerging threats, and responding to crisis events. The Trip Team Leader will act as the bridge between the group and the home office, implementing responses and communicating risks and needs to the home office.
