The ability of the Security Organization, and the guard force in particular, to fulfill their duties, is largely dependent upon securing and maintaining the respect of those working at, or visiting, a facility. The extent to which the respect and trust can be secured is significantly diminished when a member of the security team acts in an unprofessional, unlawful or unethical manner. As the shop front of our facility, the personal conduct of security personnel is always under review and the team must be constantly mindful of the obligations to serve our staff and visitors in a mature, professional and friendly manner.
