CL009_English: Identifying and Reporting Suspect People and Vehicles
Churches need to ensure their staff and members understand how to identify and report suspicious people and vehicles using a proven and effective system of identifying risks and reporting key features as a core risk management function to counter crime and terrorism. This includes simple systems by which to effectively report on the appearance and clothing/accessories of suspicious people, as well as the make, model, color, shape and identifying marks for vehicles. Situational awareness, and the reporting of a potential threat is increasingly important where criminals and terrorists may target people, activities and locations.
